FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Anaheim, CA - January 12, 2004 - At Winter NAMM 2004, VOCE will display its improved new MIDI organ module, the V5+ (“V” five plus). The organ module will be shown as part of the VOCE display in the DR Music booth (#4186, Hall C). It will also be on display at the Motion Sound booth (#5274, Hall B).
The V5+ organ module is an updated version of the widely acclaimed VOCE V5.Based on feedback from customers, improvements have been made to the Chorus and Percussion effects. The Chorus is now deeper and richer while the Percussion functions more like a B-3‘s. The overall Percussion level is louder, and when set to the normal position, the level of the drawbars is lowered in the same way as on the B-3.
Voce designer Dave Amels states, “We know customers love the V5 but wanted stronger Chorus and Percussion. We first pioneered these changes in the VOCE Key5 Performance Organ last year and now added them into the V5 platform creating the V5+.”
Availability of the V5+ is expected in April, 2004.
